New build
The client on this project wanted a traditionally built stone house with a modern twist. I think we nailed it. This is a beautiful four-bedroom property with open plan living to the rear of the property and an oversized double garage in the peaks of Derbyshire.
Kitchen extension
The client on this project wanted a rear kitchen extension. So we designed the rear extension and took out the back wall to create a large open plan kitchen, just what the family needed. She was over the moon.

This property is in the heart of the Nottinghamshire countryside; this family loves the outdoors and they were fed up of coming directly into the kitchen with their muddy boots after long walks. So we designed a utility on the side of the kitchen. Just what they needed.
